These Terms govern use of Orbit, operated by Jeff Platel doing business as PlaTech Solutions.

1. Use of Orbit

You may use Orbit for lawful business-management purposes. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy and legality of information you enter, the recipients you contact, and maintaining appropriate authorization to process client information.

2. Connected services

Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. You authorize Orbit to access connected services only within the permissions you approve. You may revoke a connection through the applicable provider.

3. Communications and documents

You are responsible for reviewing emails, invoices, proposals, contracts, templates, payment terms, and other content before using or sending them. Orbit does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

4. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep Orbit reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

5. Disclaimer and limitation

Orbit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. PlaTech Solutions disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Orbit.

6. Termination

You may stop using Orbit and revoke connected-service access at any time. Access may be suspended for unlawful use, security threats, abuse, or material violations of these Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion or mediation before litigation in Broward County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
